  • We’ll hold your reservation for 15 minutes— hit us up if you’re running late to keep your spot.

  • Need to cancel? No worries! Let us know at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a $25 per guest cancellation fee.

  • There’s a $10 cover and no re-entry after 9pm, Thursday through Saturday.

Proper House Group, a Tampa-based hospitality group known for several widely acclaimed restaurants in  the Tampa Bay region, including Rooster & the Till (2022, 2023 Michelin Bib Gourmand Recipient, named No. 1  restaurant in the Tampa Bay Times - 2018 + 2019), Ash (Italian-inspired cuisine in Water Street), Gallito Taqueria (three locations: The Collective, Sparkman Wharf and The  Joinery), Gorditos and Dang Dude (two locations: The Collective, Sparkman Wharf).
