Yakitori, Japanese cocktails, and good vibes. We’re collabing with Gai-Jin and Tori Bar for an outdoor pop-up at Alter Ego. Using classic Japanese techniques and flavors, the team at Gai-Jin, including Sous Chef Aubrie from Rooster & the Till, will be grilling yakitori fresh over charcoal. Meanwhile, Tori Bar will be slinging craft modern Japanese cocktails made with high-quality ingredients all night. DJ Casper’s on the controls to keep it moving.
